While Company Director, Scott Bowman, bought two bulks of 10,000 shares in May, paying a price of $12.27 per share, the firm’s Executive Vice President and General Counsel, Richard Silfen, made a somewhat smaller acquisition of 7,500 shares in June, for $11.80 per share.

Regarding hedge fund positions this quarter, there’s a new shareholder, in the form of John Bader’s Halcyon Asset Management, which recently acquired 6.5 million company shares, worth $91.2 million and accounting for 8.95% of the hedge fund’s portfolio.
