Joshua Bekenstein, Director at Waters Corporation (NYSE:WAT), used stock options on September 12 to acquire 4,000 shares of Common Stock. These were bought at a price of $45,77 each, for a total value of $183,080. Following the filing, Mr. Bekenstein directly owns 49,500 shares of the analytical instrument manufacturing company.

In the same way and regarding hedge fund investors activity, some have decided to increase their participation in Waters Corporation (NYSE:WAT) as well. John Overdeck and David Siegel’s Two Sigma Advisors, which holds 266,804 shares at the $8.47 billion market cap company, has decided last quarter to augment its stake in the firm by 33%. Paul Marshall and Ian Wace’s fund, Marshall Wave Llp, owner of 120,259 shares, has also done so by 3780%. On the contrary, David Blood and Al Gore’s fund, Generation Investment Management, owner of over 3.2 million shares, has decreased its exposure to Waters Corporation (NYSE:WAT) last quarter by 21%.
