Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE:HPQ) has announced a whole new lot of products for the upcoming holiday season. The new launches include two new powerful Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE:HPQ)’s ENVY detachable PCs, an ultra-portable HP Pavilion detachable PC and two powerful HP Chromebooks based on Chrome OS. HP released a statement regarding this launch and said that the company has answered the demand of customers which are more fixated on having devices that are productive and stylish.

“The products we are announcing today include innovative designs, vibrant color options, choice of operating system and computing power to enable the way that customers communicate, play and live,” the statement quoted Mike Nash, vice president, Product Management, Consumer Personal Systems as saying.

Two new Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE:HPQ)’s ENVY detachable PC’s will serve dual purposes. Users can avail it for the normal day to day office tasks and then detach it to use them for entertainment purposes. It will come in two sizes and there will be an Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC)’s M processor to power it. Backlit Bluetooth keyboard from HP will provide flexibility to the users and they can detach it and use it remotely.

Two ultra-thin Chromebooks will have preloaded productivity apps, 100 GB of Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL)’s Drive space to enjoy the power of Cloud for productivity. HP said that new Chromebooks will give ample opportunities to its users to enjoy third party entertainment apps like Hulu, Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ:NFLX) and Stream TV with Chromecast.

Then there is an ultra-portable Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE:HPQ)’s Pavilion 10-inch tablet. The tablet will have Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT)’s Windows OS and can also serve as a laptop. There is a detachable keyboard with it and a protecting cover that can also serve as a multiposition stand.
