When will the new iPhone come out? According to a report on Fox Business, Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL)‘s next-generation iPhone is finally going in production later this month. This news came after reports, which touted that Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL) has decided to delay the launch of both versions of iPhone 6 till next year. Experts now predict that 4.7 inch version of iPhone 6 will be revealed by the tech giant this year whereas 5.5 inch version will be rolled out next year. 5.5 inch version of iPhone 6 is reported to be delayed because of Glass production issues. FBN’s Liz MacDonald also reported that 5.5 inch version of iPhone will go for production next month.

Some sources have claimed that Taiwanese electronics manufacturer, Hon Hai Precision Industry Co Ltd will begin mass production of a 4.7-inch iPhone 6 in the third week of July. A China state-run news service also reported that Hon Hai is planning to hire 100,000 workers at its dedicated facilities to meet the demands of the Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL)’s next biggest flagship.

Both versions of iPhone 6 will feature in-cell touch panel technology, which is built into the screen made of Sapphire Glass that will make the next iPhone almost indestructible and scratchless. KGI Securities analyst, Ming-Chi Kuo, who often has some news from his sources placed inside Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL) claimed that the touch panel technology issues, color unevenness on the redesigned metal casings can delay the launch of 5.5 inch version of iPhone 5 till 2015.
