3M Co (MMM): Bushman’s Acquisition is up for Sale


Julie L. Bushman, Senior Vice President at 3M Co (NYSE:MMM) disclosed today the acquisition of 20,469 shares of common stock through a non-qualified stock option at a unit price of $87.35 on October 28, 2014. This is Ms. Bushman’s first acquisition this year, and now directly owns a total of 31,647 shares after selling 12,038 shares the same day, through twenty seven transactions with unit prices ranging from $150.14 to $150.38.

Inge G. Thulin, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer at 3M Co (NYSE:MMM) has also been trading the company’s stock this year. Mr. Thulin has reported over sixty sales this month alone, and over one hundred since May this year, and now owns a total of 61,903 shares.

Jean-Marie Eveillard’s First Eagle Investment Management is the largest shareholding institution (amongst those we track) at 3M Co (NYSE:MMM) with 6,036,024 shares, valued at an estimate $8.64 million, after reporting a 1% holding reduction during the second filling period of 2014.
