By now, Ubereats has reached 1,000 cities and half a million of restaurants. Nowadays Ubereats announced acquisition of its San Francisco-based rival Postmates Inc for 2.65 billion USD increasing its market share to 30%. Grubhub Inc. (NYSE: GRUB) overtakes Ubereats with a total revenue of $1.3 billion. It’s among the largest food delivery companies in America with catering more than 300,000 restaurants. Grubhub can boas with 22 million active diners currently, and it is present in more than 4,000 cities in the United States. It was established in Chicago in 2004 and merged with Seamless Platform in 2013.
