Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN)‘s Fire Phones couldn’t get the kind of reception other devices from tech ‘majors’ get. One of the main reasons for it could be Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN) not packing its phones with features that smartphone users nowadays take for granted. But the company seems to have learnt from its experience and launched an update providing all those features, as a recent article on Engadget pointed out.

One important thing to note before we progress to the newly launched features is that all these features were previously present in the Fire Phones that Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN) had sent to reviewers, we wonder why the company refrained from providing them to their paying customer in the first place? Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN)’s new update allows users to multitask by double-pressing the home button. Users can also stack their apps in application folders called ‘ App Grid Collections’. The Carousel Pinning features allow users to pin their favorite apps on the home screen and now they can take Lenticular photos with 11 images, instead of three.
