Tesla, Inc. is a California-based electric vehicle manufacturer. The corporation has a market valuation of $720 billion, led by billionaire Elon Musk. The stock has increased by more than 20,000% since its IPO in 2010. Between February 2020 and February 2021, the stock price of Tesla, Inc. increased by more than 700%. The corporation has invested extensively in the new technology, having purchased more than $1.5 billion in Bitcoin earlier this year. Tesla, Inc. sold 44,264 cars built in China during the period, up 34% from July. Production has increased at the company’s big plants in Shanghai and California. The firm held PUT options on almost 21 million Tesla shares worth around $15 billion, accounting for 3.34 percent of the portfolio. The fund had CALL options on about 23 million shares worth $16 billion at the end of the second quarter of 2021. The bulls and bears on Wall Street for Tesla, Inc. have become more vocal in recent weeks. Wood told Yahoo Finance that the stock might hit $3,000 in the near future. One of the key reasons, she said, is the EV maker’s growing market share. Tesla, Inc. has received more preliminary permissions for the Gigafactory project in Germany.
