Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL), with a line of products which are status symbols of the rich and the famous, continues to battle with the world’s largest online/internet search engine service provide and fellow technology product maker on the issue of its native messaging app not being delivered on Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL) native devices, the Android OS phones.

What gives?

The truth is never from far when one takes into account Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL) and Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL)’s long drawn competition to remain more technology-product relevant and innovator. But Apple of course had the head start, by being the originator of the very technology which has literally allowed Google maintained free operating system Android OS for the smartphones.

Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL) vs. Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL)

Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL) with the series of its form defining iPhone and eventually with the iPad, which has significantly moved the long-time workhorse the Personal Computer to the technology museums, has established a market presence as a premium product, which run on even more premium and exclusive services/features.

One such top-line service is the iMessaging, which is very popular among iPhone to iPhone and iPad users and between other smartphones for instant messaging purposes.

However, in the recent weeks, Apple watchdogs have observed that iMessages sent to Android-OS devices are not being delivered. What makes the situation worse is that users who have signed for notification of delivery status of messages they send, happily receive a read-by-recipient message!

Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL) has of course taken Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOG) to court on this issue and is awaiting ‘class action status’ awards soon.

Product, technology battles continuum

In the meanwhile, it continues to make more news with its waiting-to-be-announced deal: purchase of Beats!

From within the haloed precincts of Apple DNA-shaped offices, news continues to trickle out that Beats purchase will also see the premium product receiving a make-over for being ‘improved’ upon.

Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL), definitely has not got over its product-styling and-technology-arrogance as Beats is unbeatable a product which has been a success!

Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOG), meanwhile, has begun to offer its expensive google Glasses, its wearable internet experiment to non-technologists, developers and to casual users as well, with components of the Google Glasses coming-in with hefty price tags!

Technology versus market domination dialogue will continue as long as there is Apple and Google Inc around!
