Shares of Netflix, Inc.(NASDAQ:NFLX) are down more than 3% as reports of widespread outages are taking its toll on the stock. According to TechCrunch, the site was down for Xbox users, and also for those who stream the service on Windows and Mac, but is still working through Amazon Prime. The outages began earlier this morning and peaked around 10:00ET. At 10:45ET, Neflix released the following statement: “There were some technical problems earlier this morning that may have made it difficult for some members to stream. Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC) is expected to report first quarter earnings after the close on Tuesday, April 15, with a conference call scheduled for 5:00 pm ET. Intel, a global semiconductor manufacturer, is a member of the Dow Jones Industrial Average. Analysts are looking for earnings per share of 37c on revenue of $12.81B. Twitter Inc(NYSE:TWTR) announced in a corporate blog post that the company has agreed to acquire Gnip, a provider of social data and a long-standing Twitter partner. In the post, Twitter stated: “We believe Gnip has only begun to scratch the surface. West Corp(NASDAQ:WSTC) announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Reliance Holding, d/b/a SchoolMessenger, a leading provider of notification and mobile communication solutions for the K-12 education market. SchoolMessenger will be a part of West’s Unified Communications business segment. Closing of this transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions, is expected to occur during the second quarter. SchoolMessenger had revenue of approximately $27M in 2013. West expects this transaction to be slightly accretive in 2014 on an earnings per share basis, adjusted for deal-related amortization and expenses. Voxeljet AG (ADR)(NYSE:VJET) tumbled to a record low after the company said it’s pricing its public offering of three million American Depositary Shares (ADSs) at $15.00 each – a 19% discount to Thursday’s closing price of $18.55. Shares are now down 16% at $15.58, just above the new all-time low of $15.25. The provider of high-speed, large-format 3D printers and on-demand parts services said it has granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 450,000 ADSs at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount, to cover over-allotments. Shares of marketing tools maker Constant Contact (NASDAQ:CTCT) are surging after the company reported preliminary first quarter revenue that exceeded analysts’ projection. Last night, Constant Contact reported that it expected first quarter revenue to be between $78.7M-$78.8M, while analysts consensus view was $77.34M. The company raised its FY14 revenue guidance to approximately $330M, while analysts consensus had been just above $323M. Constant Contact, which had previously seen FY14 revenue growth of more than 13%, said its current revenue guidance of $330M represents more than 15.5% year-over-year revenue growth. Shares of Barracuda Networks Inc(NYSE:CUDA) climbed more than 10% after an industry report said the company has the leading market share for integrated purpose build backup appliance (PBBA) units shipped worldwide. The report by the IDC Worldwide Quarterly Purpose Built Backup Appliance Tracker estimated Barracuda had a 53.5% market share for 2013, and finished 4Q with a 53.7% market share, the company announced. The company also announced it has expanded its Barracuda Backup-as-a-Service (BaaS) offering worldwide. Convenience-story chain operator the Pantry (NASDAQ:PTRY) named Thomas W. “Tad” Dickson, the former CEO of Harris Teeter Supermarkets, as its new chairman.  Dickson, who already had been on the board, succeeds Edwin J. Revenue of $19.8 million was higher than our estimate of $18.6 million and the Street’s $18.5 million estimate.
