With a total net asset value of $62.8 billion as of June 2, the fund has long-term growth potential. The MSCI US Investable Market Real Estate 25/50 Index is closely tracked by Vanguard Real Estate Index Fund. The fund primarily invests in real estate investment trusts (REITs) in the areas of specialized, residential, industrial, and healthcare.
