In 2019 the company had a total revenue of $3,412 million, a total comprehensive income of $111 million, and total assets of $4,109 million, employing 14,000 people. Cleanharbors is a US-located company, which provides waste management services to Fortune 500 companies. Up on the list, Waste Connections has got the fourth spot. In 2019 the company had a total revenue of $5,389 million, a total comprehensive income of $566 million, and total assets of $13,738 million, employing 16,000 people. It’s headquartered in California, US and was launched 23 years ago in 1997, with the vast majority of the revenue coming from solid waste collection. Republic Services is on the second spot. In 2019 the company had a total revenue of $10,299 million, a total comprehensive income of $1,073 million, and total assets of $22,684 million, employing 36,000 people. It’s not only the second largest waste management company in the United States, but in the world, also. It operates in non-hazardous solid waste collection as well as its recycling, transfer and disposal. Republic Services was launched 22 years ago, in 1998, and as for its headquarters, it’s located in Phoenix, Arizona.  The company has one of the largest truck fleets in the country with 16,000 trucks.
