In two transactions, Galtney disposed of 1,250 common shares at an average of $160.5 per share. Following these transactions, Galtney directly holds 22,076 shares in the company while indirectly holding 29,750 shares in Everest Re Group Ltd (NYSE:RE).
In addition, hedge funds with large stakes in the $7.49 billion market cap company have reported changes in their exposure over the last quarter. Mason Hawkin‘s Southeastern Capital Management holds 4,474,720 shares in the company with a value of about $685 million after a reported 8% increase; Winton Capital Management, the hedge fund run by David Harding showed a 91% raise in activity last quarter, now holding 444,564 shares worth around $68 million; while Bernard Selz‘s Selz Capital reported a 7% decrease in it’s position, now with 65,444 shares in Everest Re Group Ltd (NYSE:RE), worth approximately $10 million.
