Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) has decided to roll out its Privacy Checkup feature for its 1.3 billion users. In an official announcement, Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) said that in the coming days, you will be able to see the option to test the privacy settings and see how your profile looks to everyone else. This feature will fade away all the privacy concerns of Facebook users around the world. Facebook’s privacy checkup will give control and customization of the security settings and make things easier for the beginners who don’t want to figure out complex security settings by exploring each and every option by themselves.

The new feature will ask the user to review the privacy settings and see if the things are set up the way the user wants them to be. User can either click “Let’s do it” option to continue with the new feature or hit “No Thanks” button.

The first step of the new feature is to check the audience of the posts. From here, a user can see who can view your posts. The second step is to check on the apps connected to Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB)’s social media platform. A user can delete the apps he or she is no longer using. Users can also edit the audience of their apps and posts done via apps on the timeline. In the last step, Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB)’s privacy check will give the user an option to change the audience of your basic information like Work, relationship, education and location.

Users will always be able to run the privacy checkup using the shortcut that will be visible in the users’ profiles anytime soon.
