On the first day, Mr. Jeffrey acquired a total of 3,700 shares of common stock through three different transactions, 700 of which will be kept under his indirect control, paying between $34.813 and $34.817 each share. The other two transactions totaled 4,300 shares at a price of $34.6433, over which Mr. Jeffrey will exercise indirect control.
