Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL) seems to have planned conquering the streaming, music and radio world with its Chromecast, a $35 device which can stream TV, music and channels. In a recent development, the company has updated Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL)  Chromecast suite with 7 new apps, which include a plethora of apps to enjoy TV shows, comedy cartoon and radio channels.

An important app in the newly launched suite is TuneIn, which allows the users to tune in more than 100,000 radio channels on their devices from phone, TV and tablets. These radio channels will include local radio stations and international ones. You can also stream comedy and cartoon movies from Comedy Central, Nickelodeon, and Sesame Street Go apps. Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL) is taking content to the next level and has plans to give a competition to Netflix in the coming years.

Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL) has also introduced new apps to stream Podcasts. You can now stream more than 4 million podcasts on your devices. These Podcasts include news, international affairs, sports and education.

An article on Forbes reported this development and quoted TuneIn CEO John Donham, who said that a lot of users want non-viewing content on their devices. People want to listen to interesting information, news, music and shows instead of always watching them. Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL)  Chromecast will allow the people to enjoy around 100,000 radio channels. This would sizzle up entertainment world. Podcasts is another way to stream information and entertainment content on your devices, which is now possible because of this new initiative.
