A product is delegated with a full control over it by its team. The company hands over complete control and branding to team lead; the headquarter of the company takes care of research, finance and grants. Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL), like General Motors Company (NYSE:GM), is an engineering company. Most of its CEO’s were engineers. It working style is like of an engineering company. It’s product focused and user oriented, where all the products are discussed and designed primarily around user needs and preferences.
