GoPro Inc (NASDAQ:GPRO) is everywhere in the stocks news these days. America’s top manufacturing company of high-definition personal cameras, often used in extreme action video photography is touching the new pinnacles in the market amid the favorable trends it was able to cease in the first quarter. CNBC’s Dominic Chu gave a review of all the “Helium stocks” and ranks GoPro Inc (NASDAQ:GPRO) as the hottest option for investors. GoPro Inc (NASDAQ:GPRO) is going at $48.40, nearly double of its IPO which was around $24.
According to Chu, the most important aspect of this Gopro’s stock elevation is the fact that it has gone up with an average rate of 20% a day since its IPO, an unprecedented percentage that market scarcely experience these days. It’s the perfect indicator that GoPro Inc (NASDAQ:GPRO) is going to clean sweep its competitors at least in the coming half of the current year. Chu said that it’s important to see in the coming days that whether GoPro Inc (NASDAQ:GPRO) can maintain this market trend or not as there are many companies who made the market peaks and then came down exponentially within days.
GW Pharmaceuticals PLC- ADR (NASDAQ:GWPH) is the second “Helium Stock” discussed by Chu. This UK-based drug company’s shares went up 1100% since it went public. Chu said that the real question in these stock trends is whether they can persist this trend or not. Giving the example of Twitter Inc (NYSE:TWTR), Chu said that its stock went up dramatically, but then came down below $30 per share.
Some other experts on CNBC also said that we can expect the similar trends for quite a longer period of time so there are very scarce chances of bearish bids for Gopro in the market. Another market expert said that if these market trends continue to sustain for the next week, that will be the time when investors will officially start to make big buying decisions. Experts see these stock trends as a great marketing opportunity for GoPro Inc (NASDAQ:GPRO) because a few days ago, a very few people on the Wall Street knew about Gopro’s shares but now, it’s all over the place. People will now go to the stores and actually buy the GoPro products. So it’s not just the stock business that is getting healthier for GoPro, its actually their products that will be selling out in the coming days due to this “Free Marketing” GoPro is getting because of the its stock.
