Bradley D. Determan, Executive Vice President at HNI Corp (NYSE:HNI) disclosed today the disposal of 24,000 shares of common stock at an average unit price of $40.7487 on October 21, 2014. The transaction was completed after the acquisition of the same amount of shares, through a transaction type M pursuant to Rule 16b-3, at a face value of $23.99. This is Mr. Determan’s second sale this year through this approach, and now directly owns a total of 28,163 shares and and an additional 4,784.1848 indirectly.
