Following the reported transaction, Mr. Milos holds 6,834 shares of National Western Life Insurance Company (NASDAQ:NWLI), a $908 million market cap stock life insurance company that offers a portfolio of individual whole life, universal life and term insurance plans, and annuities, including supplementary riders.
