Pacific Crest believes comment’s from Nielsen’s (NLSN) conference call indicate the company will start rating Pandora Media (NYSE:P) this summer. The firm views this as a positive since traditional media Ad buying is based on Nielsen data. The analyst expects a strong report tonight and for Ad sales to hit the high end of estimates of $136M.

Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN) is testing its own delivery network in San Francisco, New York and Los Angeles, with the network potentially providing the company the ability to deliver packages the same day they are ordered or at more specific times of day, reports The Wall Street Journal. The move could also pose a threat to UPS (UPS) and FedEx (FDX), which deliver a majority of Amazon’s packages, the report said.

The most recent analyst action consisted of Argus upgrading the stock from Hold to Buy with a $480 price target on the stock.

Vic Gundotra, the head of Google+, is leaving the company, Re/code reports, citing a company spokesperson and an internal memo from Google, Inc.(NASDAQ:GOOGL)  CEO Larry Page. Gundotra’s departure is immediate. Page says the company will continue to invest in Google+, and sources say he has picked David Bresbis to replace Gundotra.

Analysts have a consensus price target of $675 on Google, Inc.(NASDAQ:GOOGL) which indicates a 24.85% upside. The consensus rating of the stock is a BUY with a score of 2.75. There are currently 1 Hold Rating and 3 Buy ratings on the stock.
