Smartphones and smartwatches are reducing the use of traditional watches around the world. Watches have always been worn for more than just telling the time, but also for practical and aesthetic reasons. In today’s world, wearing a timepiece is more than simply a fashion statement; it’s a part of one’s bodily identity. Until 2026, the luxury watch market is predicted to increase at a rate of 3.25 percent each year. Smartwatches include many of the same functions as wristwatches, as well as additional benefits including synchronization with the user’s other smart devices, but they are classified as a separate category due to their uniqueness.
