Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ:NFLX) is taking several initiatives in producing original content, the latest one being a documentary-series by the award winning filmmaker David Gelbs. After missing any major win at this year Grammy’s, Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ:NFLX) hasn’t got dejected it seems, but has started focusing on different areas of original content production and documentary is one of them. The company announced the launch of the documentary-series at the Toronto International Film Festival Doc Conference, followed by a press release on its website, yesterday.

The documentary series ‘ Chef’s Table’ will premiere in 2015 in all countries where the company operates, the exact month hasn’t been mentioned yet. It will feature some of the world’s most renowned Chefs and give viewers an opportunity to look inside their kitchens and lives. Ben Shewry, Dan Barber, Magnus Nilsson, Massimo Bottura, Francis Mallmann and Niki Nakayama are the chefs, who will be covered in Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ:NFLX)’s documentary-series.
