Probuphine, a drug used in addiction maintenance treatment, is manufactured and sold by the company. It has a market capitalization of $22 million and generated over $4.8 million in revenue last year. Lannett Company, Inc., a Pennsylvania-based pharmaceutical company, is ranked eighth on the list of the top ten pharmaceutical companies that treat opiate overdose. The company has a market capitalization of more than $180 million and revenue of more than $545 million last year. BioDelivery Sciences International, Inc. is a North Carolina-based specialized pharmaceutical firm. For the first quarter of the current fiscal year, the company’s profits per share and revenue fell short of market forecasts. Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is ranked sixth among the top ten pharmaceutical companies that treat opioid overdoses.
