Rockwell Collins, Inc. (NYSE:COL), saw it’s Sr. VP of eBusiness, John Paul E. Besong, raise his stake in the company. Besong picked up 3,472 sahres of common stock at an average price of $36.55 per share. Following this move, Besong now directly holds 33,547.297 shares, and indirectly has 36,498.9631 shares in Rockwell Collins, Inc. (NYSE:COL), the $10.67 billion market cap company engaged in design, production and support of communications and aviation electronics for commercial and military customers worldwide.
This is not Besong’s first time increasing his holdings in the company as he’s bought over 2,000 shares through other transactions since February of this year. In addition, the company does have some large hedge fund involvement. Valueact Capital, the hedge fund run by Jeffrey Ubben, maintained it’s position with Rockwell Collins, Inc. (NYSE:COL), as it reported no change in it’s holdings last quarter, and currently holds 13,111,700 shares worth about $1 billion.
