SeaWorld Entertainment Inc (SEAS): Mills Completes First Insider Purchase


Donald Mills Jr, Chief Operating Officer-Busch Gardens at SeaWorld Entertainment Inc (NYSE:SEAS) disclosed today the disposal of 25,707 shares of common stock in the open market at a weighted average price of $19.2113 on November 3, 2014. This is Mr. Mills’ first purchase, the first reported by any insider, and he now directly owns a total of 235,486 shares.

David Cohen and Harold Levy’s Iridian Asset Management is the largest shareholding institution (amongst those we track) at SeaWorld Entertainment Inc (NYSE:SEAS) with close to 4 million shares, valued at an estimate $113 million, after reporting an 11% holding increment at the end of the second filling period of 2014.
