Another one very popular and smooth black coffee is Medium Light Roasts. The color is slightly darker than with light roasts, it has the same level of acidity, but it is a little bit sweeter, so the taste is milder than light roasts. The two most commonly grown are the highly regarded arabica and the less sophisticated but stronger and harder robusta.
