Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL) and Twitter Inc (NYSE:TWTR) have struck a deal recently after which, Google will host real-time Tweets in its search results. This opens massive opportunities for brands for promotion. An article on Ad Age said that the latest partnership does not mean that every tweet from Twitter Inc (NYSE:TWTR) users will be loaded in Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL) search results. The SEO will be at work here too. The source said that the latest feature has opened a whole lot of ads campaign options for advertisers and marketers. But they will need to look on how to inculcate Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL) search bots in their tweets. For example, if a brand is tweeting about its product and the tweet content is not curated according to the keywords people search, that tweet will not be featured in Google search results.
The second aspect brands must focus on is to add call to action messages, useful information and links to the places where people can actually buy products. Such type of content is known as landing page oriented content. Twitter Inc (NYSE:TWTR) and Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL) partnership related to real time tweets means that the organic traffic and reach from Twitter Inc (NYSE:TWTR) content will face a huge influx.
