When the school is finally over, and parents have a couple of weeks off, this means that it is a vacation time! But what is the best place for family vacation?

Depending on your family wishes, there are a few types of vacations. The first one is, of course, the traditional family visit. You can visit your parents at their country house and enjoy the silence, fresh air, and if you are lucky enough, your parents may buy the ranch where you and your kids can spend hours and hours playing with animals. The best thing about this kind of vacations is if you live far away from your parents and they don’t get that much chance to see your kids, therefore, when you come to visit, all the chores related to children will be their responsibility as they would like to spend as most time as they can with their grandchildren. This way, you and your other half would have the opportunity to re-live your honeymoon.

If you would rather have more activities and fun with your family than the Luna parks are perfect solutions for you. And, to be honest, who wouldn’t enjoy going to the Disneyland? But if you are a bit of explorer, then going overseas is the perfect for you. You can go to other countries and meet their culture. I would personally recommend Japan or Russia, but that’s just me. Or you can go to see the Egyptian pyramids, or maybe take the picture in front of the Eifel Tower. Or simply go to see the Stonehenge and try to resolve the alien mystery once and for all.

Or would you rather lock yourselves at home and pretend you don’t exist for the rest of the world in the next couple of weeks? We don’t know, it is your choice. But if you are willing to travel and see other places rather than your own town, but still stay in the USA circle, try out some of the 11 best places to visit in the USA during spring break for families Insider Monkey prepared for you.
