One of the hottest news whirling around in the media is about Yahoo! Inc (NASDAQ:YHOO) CEO, Marissa Mayer and AOL, Inc (NYSE:AOL) CEO, Tim Armstrong, hanging out in a bar for drinks. Both eminences are in Sun Valley for the Allen & company conference, which is often known as summer camp of billionaires. There are much rumors being spread in the media about the possible topics of discussion between these two bosses of tech giants. Some experts think that there may be a major tech deal in the pipeline which is likely to be finalized over the next few weeks Discussing this, CNBC’s John Jannarone, who is in Sun Valley to cover the conference said that nothing can be said about what was the topic of discussion, but its highly likely that there may be some business deal in progress. He said that it has happened before that when corporate bosses meet in privacy, a big deal surfaces after some time.

Jannarone said that he tried to ask Mayer about the meeting but she ignored this with a smile.

Some experts also argue that there is a merger deal going on between Yahoo! Inc (NASDAQ:YHOO) and AOL, Inc (NYSE:AOL)  but nothing can be said with surety for now. Mayer and Armstrong were spotted by some journalists and photographers around midnight, near Duchin bar, in which entry of press and staff is banned. This is the reason why nothing can be brought out with clarity about the talks.

Mayer and Armstrong talked for about one hour after which they came out and quickly made their way to their rooms to avoid any possible press. AOL, Inc (NYSE:AOL)  and Yahoo! Inc (NASDAQ:YHOO)  are reported to be talking for a merger with each other for years.
